Welcome to Camp Furan, a motorhome parking site at the historic Furuparken building.

Camp Furan is open May 1 – August 31

• There are 19 parking spots (without electricity), up on the hill with a view down over the beautiful village of Torvalla and Lake Storsjön.
  • 6 km from Östersund city centre, regular public transport.
  • Price per night is SEK 160

• Park your motorhome according to the markings on the map, available at the site and on the noticeboard at the main building. Position to the right within the pitch.
• A new shower trailer gives you access to nice toilets and showers. Three showers are usually open 8am–5pm, and sometimes also in the evening. One shower is open around the clock.
• You can empty your toilet waste here and refill drinking water. Unfortunately, there is no greywater drain-off point on the slope.
• During summer, car bingo is played in the parking area by the pitches on Wednesdays between 5–9pm. During bingo evenings, the café in the main building is open, serving coffee and snacks, hot dogs, and sandwiches.
• Parties and conferences are sometimes held in the main building. This rarely causes disturbance, though, as the main building is set some distance away.

Camp Furan is owned and run by the football club Ope IF, so all revenue goes directly to supporting the club's activities.
